Executive Collections Legal Services Pty Ltd (ECLS) is our team of Lawyers and Paralegals located in New South Wales and Victoria. The team specialise in debt recovery and provide all the expertise necessary to expedite any legal proceedings pertaining to all aspects of Debt Recovery including Local Government, Commercial & Consumer debts.
Karl Balian is the principal lawyer and has worked with Executive Collections for over 25 years.
ECLS, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stydall Pty Ltd T/as Executive Collections working exclusively for Executive Collections and their clients.

Credit Reporting

Credit reporting is an excellent tool to assist in the decision of which clients to give credit to and which clients to be cautious with. With a wealth of knowledge in the financial sector spanning decades along with access to in depth corporate credit information through Australia’s leading information suppliers, Executive Collections offers its clients specialised credit reporting.
Opening a window to see the credit history and any adverse information of your potential client and its company principals before giving them credit can be simple.
A little research and caution can avoid bad debtors and eliminate the need for debt recovery action.

Skip Tracing

The action of skip tracing is an art. At Executive Collections we utilise the latest tools and work in accordance of the ASIC & ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines and Privacy Act regulations our team are able to locate debtors and negotiate payment.
All Executive Collections staff are fully licenced and regularly tested on compliance to ensure brand protection.

With an extensive range of clients from all regions of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, our staff periodically travel throughout the Australian Eastern Seaboard to provide an excellent level of service inline with our standards.
